Bonus Policy

Scope and Definitions

This Bonus Policy governs all promotional offers available to players on the Hovarda platform. It forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Use. In case of conflict, the specific offer terms prevail for that promotion.

Eligibility and Account Integrity

  • Participation in bonus programs requires an active, verified account in good standing and the ability to place bets from a real balance.
  • Promotions may be restricted by jurisdiction. Hovarda reserves the right to exclude players from participating in bonuses based on residence, nationality, or other applicable regulatory criteria.
  • Each player must not maintain multiple accounts. Any attempt to operate more than one account or to circumvent promotion rules may result in forfeiture of bonus winnings and suspension of accounts.
  • Hovarda may conduct reviews of account activity to detect irregular or abusive behaviors. If irregular play is suspected, bonuses may be cancelled, winnings forfeited, and accounts restricted.

Bonus Types and Activation

  • Promotions that add a matched amount to the player’s bonus balance following a qualifying deposit. The total eligible amount, wagering requirements, and time limits are defined in the specific offer.
  • Spins awarded as part of a bonus offer or promotion, which are available in designated bonus games and subject to wagering requirements and expiry as set in the offer.
  • Offers that grant bonus funds or spins without a prior deposit, subject to the terms of the individual promotion and applicable wagering.
  • Rebate of a portion of losses or turnover, credited under the terms of the active promotion and subject to wagering and time limits defined per offer.
  • Each promotion may be governed by its own terms. Where an offer specifies a deposit method, time window, or game eligibility, those terms take precedence over generalized policy provisions.

Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions

  • Bonus wagering is required before bonus funds or related winnings can be withdrawn. The standard range of wagering is defined per offer, typically expressed as a multiple of the total bonus amount or of the deposit plus bonus amount where applicable.
  • In the typical arrangement, standard wagering requires turning over the combined deposit and bonus (e.g., 30x). If a promotion delivers a bonus that is not tied to a deposit, the wagering may be specified as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 60x).
  • Wagering contributions vary by game type. Bets placed on Slots count toward the wagering at 100%. Bets on non-slot games (e.g., table games and live casino) contribute at reduced rates, commonly 5% to 10%; bets on Crash-type games contribute at 20% toward wagering requirements. The exact contribution rates are set per offer and visible in the game information while the bonus is active.
  • During wagering, the maximum bet per spin or per round is the lesser of 10% of the original bonus amount or a fixed cap (for example, €5, or the equivalent in the account currency). The minimum bet that can count toward wagering is typically €0.10 (or the equivalent).
  • If multiple bonuses are active, wagering is applied to the bonus with the largest eligible amount first, with real balance being wagered prior to bonus balance. Winnings from the bonus are credited to the bonus balance until wagering is fulfilled.

Duration, Expiry and Validity

  • Promotions define a wagering window. If not stated otherwise, players generally have up to 30 days to complete wagering requirements from the date of award. Non-deposit bonuses or free spins may have a shorter expiry, commonly 24 hours to 3 days.
  • If wagering requirements are not met within the applicable period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be void and removed from the account.
  • If a bonus is consumed or cancelled, any remaining bonus balance and related winnings may be forfeited in accordance with the offer terms.

Withdrawal, Conversion and Real Balance

  • Upon satisfaction of wagering requirements, the bonus funds (and any winnings attributed to those funds) may be converted to the player’s real balance and become withdrawable, subject to any remaining account or regulatory constraints.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before wagering is completed, the active bonus may be cancelled and any related winnings forfeited, depending on the offer terms.
  • A player may cancel an active bonus at any time by contacting support. Cancellation typically results in forfeit of the bonus balance and associated winnings unless the offer terms specify otherwise.

Cap on Bonuses and Winnings

  • Promotions may include a cap on the maximum winnings derived from bonus funds. Unless stated otherwise in the offer terms, the cap is €15,000 as the aggregate ceiling for winnings attributable to bonus funds across all eligible bonuses.
  • Any winnings exceeding the applicable cap will be void or unrecoverable, per the specific promotion terms.

Promotions, Changes and Fair Play

  • Hovarda reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice. New offers are governed by their own terms; existing offers may continue to be honored under their stated conditions.
  • Any attempt to manipulate or abuse bonus programs, including multi-account activity or exploitative betting patterns, will trigger investigation and may result in exclusion from promotions, forfeit of winnings, and potential account restrictions.
  • Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, low-margin or zero-risk betting patterns, sudden shifts in betting behavior, or currency-switching to meet turnover requirements. The disclosure of such activity will be evaluated in good faith and, if found, may lead to withdrawal blocks or forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.

Support and Dispute Resolution

  • For questions, clarifications, or to opt out of bonus programs, contact the Hovarda Support Team before engaging in play. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use and relevant gaming regulations.
